Done in yellow over stained solid wood, the desk has a hinged tabletop that can be left open to form a two tiered surface or closed to hide any messy paperwork or clutter you may want to store out of sight.

~ Refinishing Process ~

   This desk & matching stool have been done in a heavily distressed yellow with white undertones over stained wood. The set has been sanded down, stained, then painted in layers before being sanded down & distressed a second time to reveal the underlying layers of paint, stain & natural wood grain.

   The desk has wood carved detailing, long curved legs & distressed damask accents that have been added to the corners & inside desktop portion. The stool has also been done with matching damask accents.

   The entire set has then been sealed, from top to bottom, with a clear coat finish for added durability.
