Shipping Methods
~ Free Shipping ~
We offer free shipping & delivery on all orders within the Continental United States.
All of our pieces are professionally packaged, very securely wrapped & shipped fully insured, with a tracking number.
When your order is ready to be delivered, the carrier will contact you, at the phone number you provided during checkout, to coordinate an exact date & time for delivery with you.
~ White Glove Delivery ~
A shipment is considered a white glove delivery when the delivery company brings the item into the room or area of your choice, uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.
If you require white glove delivery please select “White Glove Delivery” during checkout, as additional shipping charges will apply.
*Please specify, in the “order notes” section, (located in your shopping cart prior to checkout), if there are any stairs, freight elevators, etc. that will need to be navigated during the delivery process.
~ Certificate of Insurance ~
While all of our shipments are sent out fully insured, some property management companies require an additional certificate of insurance for the building.
If your building requires a certificate of insurance please select “White Glove Delivery with Certificate of Insurance” during checkout, as additional shipping charges will apply. All deliveries requiring a Certificate of Insurance are sent as white glove deliveries.
*Please specify, in the “order notes” section, (located in your shopping cart prior to checkout), if there are any stairs, freight elevators, etc. that will need to be navigated during the delivery process & don’t forget to include the contact information for your building.
~ Processing time ~
Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for all furniture orders. Once your order has been sent out we will provide you with a tracking number. Transit time is usually between 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
Don’t forget, you can track your order through our website using your order number & the email you provided during checkout.
~ All furniture is shipped fully insured ~
Please inspect your delivery prior to accepting and signing the delivery documents. In the unlikely event that there is damage to your order during the shipping process, please be sure to have your delivery driver make a detailed note of the damage on your shipping receipt.
