Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Please inspect your delivery prior to accepting and signing the delivery documents. If for any reason there is damage to your order during the shipping process please be sure to have your delivery driver make a detailed note of the damage on your shipping receipt.
Due to the high cost of shipping furniture, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.
