   This farmhouse style nightstand has been done in distressed red over stained solid oak. The nightstand has burnt wood sunflowers, tiny bee & honeycomb accents. The burnt wood accents have been highlighted with watercolors making it the perfect accent piece to brighten up any bedroom. With the open front panel you can also add a small pet bed inside to create a cat cave or small indoor dog house for your furry friend.

~ Refinishing Process ~

   This vintage nightstand has been sanded down, stained & then painted in distressed red with white undertones over stained wood. This piece has been refinished entirely by hand with tons of attention to detail giving it a heavily distressed & rustic look with a smooth to the touch finish. 

   The cabinet door & tabletop have been done with wood burned detailing. The sunflowers, honeycomb & tiny bees have been accentuated with watercolor. All wood burned accents on this piece were done freehand in order to allow the floral designs to better compliment the piece’s natural structure.

   Made of solid oak, the vintage nightstand has been sealed with a clear coat finish, from top to bottom, for added durability.
